Pantry Essentials

YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT.

Making the transition to a healthier life can be a daunting task. These days we are flooded with so much information it’s hard to know which way to go or where to start.

As far as my food philosophy goes, I try to eat as many whole foods as possible, these are foods that have come from Mother Nature, and are in their purest form. I steer clear of foods that contain gluten, conventional dairy, processed sugar and most packaged foods.

If a product contains numbers, preservatives or additives in the ingredients list that you can’t pronounce I’m pretty certain your body won’t like it very much. If your pantry needs a re-haul to help kick start your journey to a healthier you, I’ve listed below what I consider to be staples in my kitchen to help you use as a guide, always opt for Organic or Non GMO where possible.

I have also included links for all the products that can be bought online, these are the brands that I either use/trust.
