With Thanksgiving just 1 day away, I couldn't let it pass without sneaking in a new twist on a classic fav - The cranberry sauce. Now although I won't be slathering this on some turkey this year doesn't mean I don't need a good amount of cranberry with my Thanksgiving meal. I love how simple, creamy and low in sugar this dip is, it only contains 2 ingredients and come out a beautiful vibrant pink color!
Dollop it on your roasted veggies, or use it as a dip while you snack and wait for the main meal to be ready. Or do it like me and spread it on everything from tacos, toast or as a creamy sauce on your homemade vegan burgers. #yum!
