I am officially addicted to homemade muesli, it’s so easy to make I don’t know why it’s taken me this long to get onto it! This version is raw, nut free and full of so many amazing superfoods making this breakfast option so nutritiously dense you won’t need large of a serving to keep you satisfied. Although second helpings may be necessary purely due to how tasty it is.
This muesli can be dressed up with some fresh banana, berries or yoghurt and served with your milk of choice – I use my own almond milk (a very simple and quick recipe to come soon)
What you’ll need:
3/4 cup gluten free rolled oats
1/2 cup goji berries
1/4 cup cacao nibs
1/4 cup sprouted pumpkin seeds
2 heaped tbsp chia seeds
2 heaped tbsp coconut chips
What to do:
Simply put all your ingredients into a large jar
Close the lid and shake until well combined
Can be kept in a cool dry cupboard for up to 1 month
